For 2025, Honeytree Early Learning Centers will offer the choice of 3 plans administered by Anthem starting at $0 cost per pay period for single coverage. See the comparison and detailed plan summaries below. All plans feature the following added benefits:
virtual care by LiveHealth online or in the Sydney Mobile App (no cost for primary care or urgent care)
HealthKeepers OA POS
utilize strong VA HealthKeepers network inside of VA or use extended BlueCare PPO network when outside of VA
no referrals required
select your PCP
open access
in- and out-of-network benefits
must live or work in Virginia service area in order to enroll in a HealthKeepers product
KeyCare PPO
strong national PPO network in and outside of VA
no referrals required
in- and out-of-network benefits

There is no copayment, coinsurance, or deductible for members that receive a covered flu vaccine from a participating pharmacy (age restrictions may apply). Please contact your local pharmacy to verify participation.

One refractive eye exam is covered each benefit period utilizing the Blue View Vision netork. Children up to age 19 no cost, $15 copay all others.
